Philip Nuxoll is the Managing Member at Presnell Gage, PLLC and is the
head of our accounting and auditing department. He has been in public
accounting since 1980, servicing governmental entities, farmers,
contractors, and closely held businesses. His areas of expertise
include financial statement preparation, small business taxation, and
accounting system installation and/or review.

Bradley D. Swan, CPA, ABV
| Brad Swan is a member of Presnell Gage, PLLC and has
been providing accounting and consulting services for individuals,
small businesses, governmental entities and non-profits since 1981. In
addition to having extensive experience in forecasts, projections, and
other special business accounting needs, he is the head of the special
services committee, supervising all business valuations and
substantially all litigation support work out of the Lewiston office.

and has been with the firm since 1986. He has extensive experience in
